1. מי מעבד את ההזמנה
הזמנות באתר מעובדות על ידי Paddle.com, המשמש כ-Merchant of Record לכל הרכישות. Paddle מנפיק את החשבונית, גובה את המס ומבצע את ההחזרים.
2. 14 יום להחזר — מנוי Pro אישי
על הרכישה הראשונה של מנוי Pro אישי ניתן לקבל החזר מלא בתוך 14 יום ממועד הרכישה. בנוסף, עומדת לצרכן זכות הביטול לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, כמפורט בתנאי הרשת.
3. חידושים וביטול
- המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית עד לביטולו, במחיר המלא של המסלול. הנחת ההשקה חלה על התקופה הראשונה בלבד.
- אפשר לבטל בכל רגע: במסך ה-Pro ‹ "ניהול מנוי וחשבוניות". הביטול עוצר את החידוש, והגישה נשמרת עד סוף התקופה ששולמה.
- אין החזר, מלא או יחסי, על תקופה שכבר חודשה וחויבה.
4. רישיונות לבתי ספר ולמוסדות
בקשת החזר על רכישה כמותית נבחנת לגופה. ככלל, אחרי שמושבי התלמידים הופעלו והיו בשימוש, הרישיון אינו ניתן להחזר. אם נתקלתם בתקלה בהקצאת המושבים — פנו אלינו ונפתור אותה.
5. רכישות ב-Google Play
רכישה שבוצעה באפליקציית האנדרואיד מנוהלת בחשבון Google שלכם וכפופה למדיניות ההחזרים של Google. איננו יכולים לבטל או להחזיר עבורכם רכישה כזו.
6. איך מבקשים החזר
השיבו למייל הקבלה של Paddle, או כתבו ל-admin@baclick.app עם המילה חיוב בשורת הנושא. ציינו את כתובת המייל של הרכישה ואת הסיבה.
Refund and Cancellation Policy (English)
Order processing. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and all refunds are processed through Paddle.
14-day money-back guarantee (individual subscriptions). We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of an individual Pro subscription.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the full price of the plan. We do not provide full or prorated refunds after a renewal charge. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
School and institutional licenses. Refunds are evaluated case by case. Once student seats have been activated and used, the license is generally non-refundable.
Google Play purchases are managed in your Google account and are subject to Google's refund policy.
How to request a refund. Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or write to admin@baclick.app with your purchase email address.
